Heath Waddell

Heath Waddell has extensive experience in the construction materials industry. Heath started their career in 1999 as a Quality Control Manager at APAC-Tennessee, where they led quality control and mix design activities across multiple laboratories and operations. In 2005, they joined Lafarge as the Director of Materials Performance, overseeing QA/QC activities and working closely with sales and marketing. From 2010 to 2012, they served as the Director of Quality at APAC Central, Inc., where they implemented processes and controls to improve material quality. From 2012 to 2019, they worked at Mathy Construction Company as the Milestone Materials site manager, responsible for site management and developing sales and marketing strategies. In 2019, they joined Fabcon Precast as the Director of Plant Operations.

Heath Waddell obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Geology from The University of Alabama, where they studied from 1992 to 1995. Heath continued their education at The University of Memphis from 1996 to 1999, earning another BS degree, this time in Geology.
