Mshrm Jessica Benson

Jessica Benson, MSHRM, PHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Fabcon since April 2023. Prior to this role, Jessica held similar positions at RND Automation from June 2022 to March 2023 and at the Peace River Manasota Regional Water Supply Authority between July 2016 and May 2022. Previous experience includes serving as a Career Coach at CareerSource Suncoast from October 2014 to July 2016 and as an Office Manager at One Biz Center from February 2007 to May 2014. Jessica holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Florida International University (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the same institution (2011-2013), as well as an Associate in Arts in Psychology from Miami Dade College (2009-2011).
