Kaori Nakamatsu has a diverse work experience in various industries. Kaori is currently the Head of eCommerce y Marketing Digital at Faber-Castell Group in Chile. In this role, they are responsible for managing digital guidelines for e-commerce, securing digital analytics, developing marketing calendars, and coordinating with headquarters for website improvements.

Before that, Kaori worked at Efood.pe, where they served as a Marketing Coordinator, responsible for communication strategy, branding, and digital campaigns. Kaori also served as an Innovation Assistant at HOLISTIC INNOVATION SYSTEMS S.A.C., where they improved the work environment and surveyed customer requirements for technological projects.

Kaori Nakamatsu has a diverse educational background with a focus on marketing and design. In 2009 to 2011, they attended Chio Lecca Fashion School, where they completed a Bachillerato degree in Fashion Design. From 2013 to 2019, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Administration and Business Management, with a specialization in marketing, at Universidad del Pacífico (PE). During this time, they also participated in a seminar on design thinking. In 2017, they completed a course on Inbound Marketing from Udemy Alumni.

To further enhance their marketing skills, Kaori Nakamatsu completed a program on Digital Marketing Management at CENTRUM PUCP in 2021. Kaori also took courses on Social Media and E-commerce Management from Crehana in the same year. In 2022, they expanded their knowledge in the field of graphic design by completing a Digital Graphic Design program at CIBERTEC. Additionally, they gained expertise in Power BI through a course at IDAT in the same year.
