Sergio Vinci has a diverse and extensive work experience. Sergio is currently the Managing Director at Faber Industrie since June 2020. Prior to that, they were the Founding Partner and CEO at Percinque Srl, a temporary management company, from May 2012. During their time at Percinque Srl, they also took on the role of Partner and Interim Manager, overseeing various projects.

Sergio was the Managing Director at Ceccato Spa from March 2008 to December 2011, where they achieved significant net profit and cash flow improvement. Vinci also served as the CEO of IDRA S.R.L. from May 2002 to December 2007, leading the company through restructuring and expansion into new markets.
Earlier in their career, Vinci held management positions at GE, Rossignol Group, and Zoppas Industries Heating Element Technologies.

Sergio Vinci started their education at Liceo Scientifico G.B. Quadri Vicenza in 1976 and completed it in 1981. Sergio then pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering at Università degli Studi di Padova from 1981 to 1987. Following that, in 1990, they attended CUOA Business School and obtained a Master's degree in Systems of Integrated Automation (MISAI) in 1991. In 2013, Sergio Vinci also obtained a certification in "Developing Innovative Ideas for New Companies: The First Step in Entrepreneurship" from Coursera.
