Francesco Faginoli

Francesco Faginoli is a highly experienced Functional Design Manager at Faber S.p.A since October 2002, where responsibilities include defining project specifications and overseeing electrical design and product configuration for new projects. Previously, Francesco served as Laboratory Manager, focusing on laboratory certification per ISO 17025 and managing customer relationships regarding safety, reliability, and performance. In the role of Laboratory Engineer, Francesco conducted safety and performance tests according to international standards and maintained test equipment while developing technical and management procedures in compliance with various ISO standards. Additionally, since 2010, Francesco has been the President of the Italian Technical Committee 59/61K (CEI), which addresses safety and performance for range hoods. Francesco holds an Executive Master in Technology and Innovation Management from Alma Graduate School - Università di Bologna (2012-2013) and a degree from Università degli studi di Ancona (1996-2002).
