Josephine Harmon is a Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Political Science at New York University and a Research Fellow in Political Science at Queen Mary University of London, both roles having begun in 2022. Josephine also serves as a Lecturer for the Congress to Campus & US Politics Today programme at The British Library and as an Organiser for external lectures at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office. In the House of Commons, Josephine is involved as a researcher and supporter for the All-Party Parliamentary Groups for Ending Homelessness and Youth Affairs. Josephine contributes to various publications, having written for The Washington Post, The Fabian Review, and International Affairs Forum, and actively participates in organizations such as the Labour Party, the Fabian Society, The Equality Trust, and the Political Studies Association (UK). Josephine holds a PhD in Political Science from UCL and has also completed studies at Yale University, The University of Edinburgh, and Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin.
