David Billings

David Billings is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in bankruptcy, corporate law, and litigation. Currently serving as a Partner and Of Counsel at Fabian VanCott since June 2016, Billings previously held the position of Partner at Stormont Billings, PLLC, and has worked as a solo practitioner. Prior experience includes roles as Associate at Akerman LLP and Parsons Behle & Latimer, Judicial Clerk for the Utah Court of Appeals, and Law Clerk for the Salt Lake County District Attorney. Billings also contributed to political campaign efforts as Campaign Manager for Charles A. Stormont for Attorney General and has engaged in legislative work as a Legislative Aide for Massachusetts State Representative Debby Blumer. Billings holds a JD from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law and a BA in International Relations from Brown University.
