Sarah Vaughn

Sarah Vaughn is a highly experienced civil litigation attorney with a focus on employment law, personal injury, product liability, and complex commercial litigation. Currently a Shareholder and Associate Attorney at Fabian VanCott since June 2018, Sarah advocates for clients in various legal practices including motion practice, discovery, alternative dispute resolution, and appeals. Prior to this role, Sarah served as an Associate Attorney at Kipp and Christian PC. from October 2013 to June 2018, where representation included civil defense litigation across diverse areas such as professional malpractice and employment discrimination. Sarah holds a Juris Doctor with Honors from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, as well as a Master's in Public Policy from the University of Utah, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from The George Washington University.
