Currently serving as Salesmanager BeLux at Fabienne Chapot since October 2022, Els has held significant roles including Franchise Area Manager at Esprit and Wholesale Manager at Mayerline Brussels. Previous positions include Sales & Visual Merchandising Manager at Primo Stadion NV Belux, Key Account Manager for both Tommy Hilfiger and s Oliver, and Visual Merchandising Manager at WE Fashion and IC Companys. With a management background and a strong track record of coaching sales teams and driving key account results, Els is well-versed in operational excellence and visual merchandising strategies.
