Yogesh Mittal

Yogesh Mittal has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Yogesh most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at Fabindia Limited, where they started in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Rio Tinto as the CFO/BOD/Global Controllership - Director FAS from February 2021 to April 2023. Before joining Rio Tinto, Yogesh Mittal was the Finance & Business Leader at IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd) from November 2016 to January 2021. Yogesh also held the position of Group Deputy CFO and Group Head of IA & Finance Transformation at Godfrey Phillips India Ltd from September 2014 to October 2016. Yogesh began their career at PwC in 1998 and held various roles including Director and Senior Manager. Yogesh had the opportunity to work on projects across multiple countries and was seconded to PwC UK for nine months.

Yogesh Mittal obtained a Bachelor's Degree in B.Com (Honours) from Delhi University between 1994 and 1997. Yogesh also completed their Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 1998 to 2002. Prior to this, they completed their High School education in Commerce at Bal Bharti Public School from 1982 to 1994. Yogesh Mittal has also obtained various certifications, including "Value Creating Financial Strategies" from the Indian School of Business in 2021, "Business Analytics for Strategic Decisions" from the National University of Singapore in 2020, and "Digital Transformation" from LinkedIn Learning. Yogesh also holds a Master Black Belt Six Sigma Lean & Innovation certification from QAI in 2016. Additionally, they have completed courses in areas such as Big Data in the Age of AI, Delivering an Authentic Elevator Pitch, and Exercising Leadership: Foundational Principles.
