Wesley Pua

Wesley Pua serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Fabric since 2023, contributing to the company’s mission to revolutionize commerce for omnichannel retailers. From 2018 to 2022, Wesley held the role of Interim Chief Executive Officer and Finance Expert in Residence at First Round Capital, where assistance was provided to portfolio companies in strategic and operational finance. Previously, Wesley was Senior Vice President of Finance at Udemy and Planet, both leading to successful IPOs in 2021. Additional experience includes positions as Director of Finance at Propeller Industries, Controller at Buena Vista Fund Management, and roles at HSBC Alternative Fund Services and Northern Trust. Wesley holds a Bachelor of Science degree from DePaul University.
