Michael Duffy

Michael Duffy is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in managing complex manufacturing processes and teams across multiple facilities. Currently serving as Director of Operations at FabTech-IGM since May 2021, Michael oversees operations for sheet metal fabrication, PCB assemblies, and high-level assembly. Previous roles include establishing new operational frameworks at OUTFORM and directing operations at Niven Marketing, where team expansion and process optimization were key achievements. Michael's background also includes significant cost reduction initiatives at Samaritan Display Group, successful procurement management at RTC, product line launch at Molex, and supervision of production teams at Cooper Lighting. Academic credentials include a Master’s in Business Administration and certifications in Six Sigma and Lean methodologies from Northern Illinois University.
