Simon Parkinson

Simon Parkinson is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in the hospitality sector. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Fabulous Fan Fayre since November 2019, Simon has previously held positions such as Operations Manager at Wahaca and Carluccio's, as well as numerous managerial roles at YO! Sushi, where Simon played a crucial role in expanding the brand from 14 to over 60 locations across the UK. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Restaurant Manager at McDonald's Corporation. Simon holds a BSc in Mathematics and Sports Physiology from the University of Liverpool.
