Joe Conover

Joe Conover has been working at Clark Construction since August 1996, currently holding the position of Vice President. In May 2019, Conover also joined Facade Tectonics as a member of the Special Advisory Council. Joe completed their education at the University of Maryland from 1974 to 1977.
