Victor MacAtangay

Victor Macatangay possesses extensive experience in civil engineering and construction management, having worked as a Senior C.E. Draftsman and Project Engineer with the Philippines Department of Public Works, Triton Construction, and various projects in Saudi Arabia and the USA. Since June 1997, Victor has held the position of Superintendent at Facchina and Facchina Construction of Florida, responsible for overall field supervision. Victor obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Nueva Caceres in Naga City, Philippines, between 1971 and 1977, specializing in general construction and construction management.
