David Guinn

David Guinn has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. David started their career in 1968 at Eastman Chemical Company, where they served as a Senior Quality Management Consultant for over 30 years. During this time, they played a key role in establishing the criteria and training personnel that led to the company receiving the Malcom Baldrige Quality Award. After leaving Eastman Chemical, David worked as a Senior Management Consultant at ECU, where they provided guidance in human resources and quality management.

In 2005, David joined Sinclair Group as a Senior Management Consultant, contributing their expertise to various projects until 2008. David then transitioned to Caravel Solutions LLC, where they served as an Associate for a short period in 2012.

From 2011 to 2015, David founded The David Guinn, LLC, where they worked as a Leadership Professional. During this time, they developed teams and implemented training programs to optimize productivity and efficiency in maintenance and operations.

In 2013, David joined FACE Amusement Group, initially as the Director of Human Resources and later taking on the role of Director of Operations / Human Resources. David led company-wide changes in workforce development, implemented hiring processes, and developed leadership training programs. David held various roles within FACE Amusement Group until 2018.
