Debbie Christensen

Debbie Christensen has a long and varied work experience, starting in 1982 with the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, where they held various managerial positions in compensation, benefits, planning, and staffing until 1994. From 1994 to 1998, they worked at Starter Sportswear as the Manager of Customer Compliance and Customer Service. Debbie then joined ANN INC as the Director of Credit/Client Services for Ann Taylor from 1998 to 2002. From 2002 to 2006, Debbie worked at MacDermid Performance Solutions as the Assistant Director of HR, where they managed HR functions for three manufacturing plants. Debbie then moved on to US Foods, where they held several positions, including Vice President of HR from 2006 to 2011, Human Resources Business Partner from 2011 to 2012, Sr. Manager of HR Business Support from 2011 to 2015, and Director of HR M&A from 2015 to 2021. Currently, Debbie holds the position of Head of Human Resources at FACE, starting in 2021. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in HR integration, employee advocacy, leadership development, and strategic planning.

Debbie Christensen obtained a High School/Secondary Diploma from North Branford in 1976, after completing their College prep program. From 1976 to 1981, they attended Quinnipiac University, where their field of study was Nursing. Following that, from 1985 to 1989, Debbie pursued a BA degree in Business and Economics at Albertus Magnus College.
