Tom Graff

Tom Graff is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in fixed income portfolio management and strategic leadership. Currently serving as Chief Investment Officer at Facet since April 2022, Graff emphasizes the importance of effective financial planning. Prior to this role, Graff was with Brown Advisory from July 2010 to April 2022, where leadership as Head of Fixed Income involved managing Core Fixed Income and Mortgage Securities strategies. From June 1999 to June 2010, Graff held the position of Managing Director/Portfolio Manager at Cavanaugh Capital Management, overseeing taxable fixed income portfolio management and trading. Graff earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Loyola University Maryland, attending from 1995 to 1999, and completed secondary education at Dulaney High School from 1991 to 1995.
