Shelby Moore has worked in the tech industry since 2013. Shelby began their career at Electronic Arts (EA) as an EA Specialist, where they provided escalated support through email and phone channels, used JIRA to escalate identified bugs, and investigated escalated diagnostic logs and game event log files. In 2019, they moved to Kasasa as a Marketing Support Specialist III, where they maintained a portfolio of 40 clients while providing excellent support experiences, managed the completion of digital marketing projects, and consulted with clients to provide SEO, User Experience, and ADA compliance best practices. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Faceware as a Product Support Specialist, where they provide software, hardware, and licensing support for Faceware users, diagnoses and troubleshoots issues, and assists the software team with a variety of project coordinating tasks.

Shelby Moore attended Leander High School from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a High School degree in American Sign Language (ASL).
