Adorata Qatipi

Adorata Qatipi is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in customer success and functional consulting. Currently serving as an Associate Customer Success at AEGIS Hedging since January 2023, Adorata previously held the role of Functional Consultant for Facilization Applications, focusing on managing customer queries, gathering business requirements, and providing product training since July 2020. Prior experience includes roles in credit administration and operations at ProCredit Bank in both Kosovo and Albania, where responsibilities included managing credit exposures, preparing client documentation, and improving processes. Adorata holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics from the University of Tirana and completed the Academy for Women Entrepreneurs program in 2020.
