Tina Heintz

Tina Heintz is currently serving as the Vice President of the Board of Directors at Families and Community Together. Prior to this role, she held the position of Chief of Staff, Group Benefits at Guardian Life. With over two decades of experience at MetLife, Tina successfully led a Center of Excellence (COE) across 40+ markets as VP Governance COE, Global Operations. Her expertise includes strategic planning, portfolio management, workforce planning, and M&A due diligence. Tina also has a strong background in finance and corporate real estate, with previous roles at EY in the NY Insurance Practice. She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fairfield University. Tina has also completed an Executive Education program for Women in Leadership at Smith College.
