Catalina Jaramillo is a graduate of the Columbia Journalism School and former Fulbright fellow who has reported, written and produced stories for radio and news websites in the United States and Latin America. Prior to joining FactCheck.org, Catalina had worked as a reporter for WHYY, a Philadelphia NPR member station, and El Diario/La Prensa in New York City. She also taught Spanish-language journalism at the City University of New York’s Graduate School of Journalism. Her work has appeared in several radio and print publications in Chile, Mexico and the U.S., including NPR, PRI’s The World, Persona, Vice, Al Día News, El Universal, La Tercera, Qué Pasa and Cooperativa. She did her undergraduate studies at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
