Steven Cation

Steven Cation is an accomplished operations professional with extensive experience in management roles across various hospitality and restoration organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at Factor_ since November 2023, Steven previously held positions including Operations Manager and Dispatch Department Manager at CWF Restoration from June 2020 to November 2023. Prior to that, Steven was the General Manager at Grill 89 by Ditkas from November 2016 to April 2020, and the Assistant General Manager at Giordano's - Famous Stuffed Pizza for a brief period in 2016. Additional experience includes serving as General Manager at Shoney's Restaurants & Franchising from 2015 to April 2016, and at Flat Top Grill from 2013 to 2015. Steven earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Eastern Illinois University between 2008 and 2012.
