Matthew Noggle

Matthew Noggle has worked in the technology field since 2000. Matthew began their career as a Network Manager at Herbert E. Orr Co. Inc. in 2000. In 2004, they moved to Central Insurance Companies as a Sr. Programmer / Analyst. In 2013, they joined Aptera as a Software Development Manager, then moved to the role of Sr. Software Engineer. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed Director Of Technology at Factor AE.

Matthew Noggle received a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Purdue University Fort Wayne in 2004. Prior to that, they attended Trine University from 1999 to 2001, studying Computer Science. Matthew also holds several certifications, including Dare to Lead Trained (2020), Professional Scrum Master (PSM1) from Scrum.org (2019), Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist from Microsoft (2011), and CompTIA A+ Certified Professional from CompTIA (2002).
