Arika Pike

Arika Pike is a seasoned Senior Art Director at Factor San Francisco, currently working on-site at Google since May 2016. Prior experience includes freelance design work in early 2016 and as a Freelance Designer for Adecco at Google from August 2014 to January 2016, focusing on a large-scale project for the Brand Studio team. Arika held a Designer position at Organic from January 2012 to August 2014, contributing design and ideation for notable clients such as Quaker, Nike, Intel, and Natures Way across various media. Freelance design work was conducted from 2009 to 2011 under arikabaker.com, and an internship at the Academy of Art University provided experience in usability testing for graduate thesis projects in 2011. Arika holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Web Design New Media from the Academy of Art University, awarded in 2011.
