Alexandra Rincón Vila has extensive experience in leadership and customer retention within the energy sector, currently serving as Directora Contact Center at Factor Energía since August 2011, overseeing a team of over 50 employees. Alexandra has also been responsible for implementing Salesforce as a new CRM for customer loyalty and acquisition departments. Prior to this, Alexandra worked in customer processing at Escuela de Danza Herminia Espejo and was part of the Department of Strategic Studies at Generalitat de Catalunya. Alexandra holds a Licenciatura en Administración y Dirección de Empresas from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and has furthered education with a Posgrado in Dirección, Inteligencia Emocional y Coaching Ejecutivo from Universidad Isabel I, alongside strategic marketing and people management courses from IESE Business School.
