Doug Shultz

Doug Shultz is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in manufacturing and project management. As Co-Founder and CEO of Factor since June 2018, Doug leads a supplier collaboration platform aimed at innovating the manufacturing sector. Previously, Doug was a founding member at Johnson Controls, where contributions included assembly operations and project management for the Johnson Controls - Hitachi joint venture. Earlier roles included an internship at Kohler Co. focused on developing marketing strategies for Kohler China and a digital media internship at Middlebury College. Doug holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics, Geography, and Chinese from Middlebury College, along with coursework at Zhejiang University of Technology.
