Courtnie Weber

Courtnie Weber is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and communications. Currently serving as a Senior Associate Project Manager at Factor since April 2021, Courtnie is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of projects, managing client expectations, and ensuring quality assurance throughout the process. Courtnie also founded Photography by Courtnie in July 2019 and has held previous roles at T-Mobile, Sprint, Kelley & Kelley Marketing, WeWork, March for Science, Smartlink, LLC, LCC Telecom Services, LLC, and MAPLE STREET, INC. Academic qualifications include a B.A. in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a J.D. from the Florida A&M University College of Law.
