Adar Granot

Adar Granot has a long and varied work experience. In 2022, they were appointed Head of Operations at Factored Quality, a company building a modern Quality Control platform with offices in New York, Paris, and Hong Kong. In 2021, they were appointed Head of Supply Chain Optimisation at Heroes. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at Ab Ovo, where they held the roles of Senior Project Manager, Junior Project Manager, and Business Consultant. From 2007 to 2016, they worked at the Israeli Navy, where they were Head of Unmanned Vessel, Patrol Boat Captain (based in Ashdod naval base working in the southern maritime borders of Israel and responsible for maintaining the southern border of Israel with the Egyptian and Palestinian border, leading highly skilled soldiers in complex situations), and Naval Officer Academy.

Adar Granot has a diverse educational background. Adar obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Haifa in 2011, majoring in Business/Managerial Economics, Political Science, Ports shipping and sea. In 2015, they earned a Master of Science (M.S.) from Erasmus University Rotterdam in Maritime Economics & Logistics. Adar is currently enrolled in an MBA program at INSEAD, which they expect to complete in 2022.
