Manager Of Research And Development at Factorial Energy

Fang Hao holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Houston and a Master of Engineering from Boston University. Currently serving as the Manager of Research and Development at Factorial Energy since March 2021, Fang Hao leads the design, development, validation, and analysis of solid-state electrolytes for high-energy solid-state batteries. Previously, Fang Hao worked at General Motors as a Scientific Engineer, focusing on new processing approaches for sulfide-based solid-state electrolytes and catholyte discovery. Prior to this, Fang Hao conducted research as a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Houston, specializing in high-energy solid-state Li/Na batteries. Fang Hao began the professional journey as a Research Assistant at Boston University, where significant contributions were made to projects involving self-cleaning solar power systems and related technologies.
