Carlos R. Hernandez

Carlos R. Hernandez has a diverse work experience spanning over ten years. Carlos R. began their career in 2010 as the Director of Alumni and International Programs at ACE Scholarships, where they successfully improved the perception of scholarship programs among minority business leaders and established strong relationships with foreign-born scholarship recipients and their families. In 2013, Carlos joined Daniels Fund as a Marketing & Outreach Officer, where they developed and implemented strategic communications plans to enhance brand identity and expand awareness of the scholarship program. In 2016, they transitioned to the Archdiocese of Denver as the Director of Enrollment and Engagement, where they provided visionary leadership and strategic enrollment management for 37 Catholic schools, achieving a 10% net increase in Colorado Catholic school enrollment within three years. In 2014, Carlos joined HealthMarkets, Inc. as a Broker, where they built a portfolio of 600 clients in 2 years with an impressive conversion rate and annual client retention rate. Most recently, Carlos was the Regional Vice President of Sales at FACTS, where they strategically expanded services and fostered partnerships with K-12 private and public schools, resulting in exceptional sales growth.

Carlos R. Hernandez attended the University of Colorado Denver from 2006 to 2010, where they pursued a degree in International Relations. In 2008, they briefly studied French Studies at the Universite de Picardie Jules Verne, earning a minor degree.
