Hal Haig

Hal Haig is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in financial analytics and generative AI. Currently serving as Vice President, Director, Generative AI Strategist at FactSet, Hal spearheads strategic initiatives for the firm's $1.2 billion Buy-Side division, focusing on innovative applications of generative AI for institutional clients. Prior to this role, Hal held multiple leadership positions at FactSet, including Vice President, Director, Product Strategist, where notable accomplishments included the development of the Portfolio Manager Hub. Before joining FactSet, Hal founded Cabot Investment Technology, Inc., leading it to successful acquisition, and previously served as President of Charter Research Corp. Hal's educational background includes a Master of Science in Artificial Intelligence from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
