Sean Morris is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software architecture and engineering, currently serving as Vice President and Principal Software Architect at FactSet since August 2006. Sean's leadership encompasses managing teams focused on the design and implementation of market data distribution infrastructure and middle-tier server systems, facilitating real-time data processing and distribution for both internal and client-facing applications. Prior to FactSet, Sean held the role of Systems Architect at NYFIX and was a Software Developer at IBM, contributing to market data systems and warehouse management solutions, respectively. Sean began their career as a Computer Lab Technician while earning a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Western Connecticut State University.
