Andy Trotter

Andy Trotter has a strong background in customer care and service management, currently serving as the Customer Care Manager at Facultatieve Technologies since April 2021. Prior to this role, Andy worked as Service Manager at DFP Services Ltd from September 2020 to April 2021 and as Warehouse Supervisor at Pertemps Network Group in a temporary assignment focused on essential services for Tesco. Andy’s extensive experience includes a long tenure at Tunstall Healthcare (UK), where the position held was National Service Manager/Operations Manager for nearly 29 years. Andy holds an HND in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Huddersfield, earned between 1988 and 1991.
