Dr Oumar Kourouma

Dr Oumar Kouroma is a legal scholar and researcher with extensive experience in international law and international relations, currently serving as an adjunct lecturer at the Faculté des Sciences Juridiques, Economiques et Sociales in Casablanca since November 2022. In addition, Dr Kouroma holds the position of Legal Pole Manager at COLIBRI SERVICES MAROC and serves as the principal researcher for the Observatoire Guinéen des Mines et Métaux. Notably, Dr Kouroma has contributed to discussions on peacekeeping as an associate researcher at the Observatoire Boutros-Ghali. With a robust academic background, including a Doctorate in International Law and International Relations, Dr Kouroma possesses specialized knowledge in diplomatic law, mining law, and legal compliance, further enhanced by various roles in research institutions and as an instructor in French language and legal writing.
