Sarah Wellcoat

Sarah Wellcoat is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior HR Assistant at the Faculty of Advocates since May 2018, Sarah previously held positions as an HR Advisor at Exterity and as an HR Assistant at both the Scottish SPCA and Scottish Prison Service. Responsibilities have included providing HR advice on employment law, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and overseeing absence management. Sarah holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from the University of Dundee and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Edinburgh Napier University. Additional educational pursuits were completed at the University of Aberdeen in early 2022.
