Yanuar Kurniawan

Yanuar Kurniawan serves as the People Development and Learning Director at L'Oréal since March 2024 and is a Faculty Advisory Board Member at the Faculty of Economics and Business UGM since January 2024, providing input on graduate competencies and strategic collaborations. Yanuar has extensive experience in talent and leadership development, previously holding roles including SVP of Talent and Leadership Development at Lazada and Associate Principal at Korn Ferry. Notable past positions include customer team finance manager at Procter & Gamble and HR Learning and Development at Daimler Trucks Asia. Yanuar holds an MBA from GLOBIS University and dual undergraduate degrees in Accounting from Universitas Gadjah Mada and the University of Melbourne. A seasoned mentor and public speaker, Yanuar has contributed to numerous industry seminars focused on leadership and human resources.
