Dr Penny Kechagioglou

Dr. Penny Kechagioglou is a highly accomplished medical professional and leader in healthcare, currently serving as a member of the Academy Advisory Group on Lifelong Learning in Health at the World Health Organization and as an Executive Committee Member at UK Digital Health and Care. Holding the position of UK Chief Clinical Strategy Officer at Icon Group, Dr. Kechagioglou also leads as Chief Clinical Information Officer and Deputy Chief Medical Officer at University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust, overseeing the Electronic Patient Record Transformation programme. As a Consultant Clinical Oncologist specializing in Breast cancer, Dr. Kechagioglou contributes as Group Clinical Director for Surgery and previously for Emergency Medicine. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Business Administration from Warwick Business School and a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Health Leadership from Imperial College London, among others. Dr. Kechagioglou is actively involved in several advisory roles, including at Nuffield Health and the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management.
