Mark Spragg

Mark Spragg currently serves as the Chair of the Disciplinary Committee at CIMA and has held the position of Chair of the Disciplinary Panel at The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment since April 2020. In addition, Mark has been a Non-Executive Director and Lay Trustee at the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management since November 2019, and is serving as a Non-Executive Director/Acting Chair at Medway NHS Foundation Trust until June 2024. Mark's legal experience includes a tenure as a Consultant Solicitor at Keystone Law from 2009 to 2022, focusing on white-collar fraud and employment litigation, and partnerships at Jeffrey Green Russell and Titmuss Sainer & Webb (now Dechert) from 1980 to 2009.
