Raykal Sim

Raykal Sim is currently serving as the National Medical Director's Clinical Fellow at the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management while also holding positions as a Clinical Fellow/Senior Consultant at Deloitte and a Feedback Facilitator for the NHS Healthcare Leadership Model 360°. Previous experiences include roles such as General Practice Specialty Trainee at Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust, Vice Chair of the Yorkshire and Humber Trainee Forum, and Visiting GP Lecturer at the University of Leeds. Raykal has led various quality improvement projects, engaged in medical education initiatives, and contributed to significant programs aimed at supporting International Medical Graduate doctors' transition into the NHS. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from Newcastle University and a Level 3 Diploma in Massage Therapy from White Rose College.
