Joyce Shikhani Bejjani

Joyce Shikhani Bejjani has extensive work experience in various human resources roles. Joyce currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at FADEL since June 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Human Resources at FADEL from May 2018 to June 2021. From May 2016 to May 2018, Joyce worked as the Human Resources Director at FADEL. Joyce also held the position of Human Resources Manager at FADEL from May 2012 to May 2016.

Before joining FADEL, Joyce worked as the Human Resources Manager at FADEL from September 2007 to December 2009. Prior to that, they had a professional stint as the Student Affairs Coordinator/Middle School Mathematics teacher and Coordinator at Bishmizzine High School from September 2000 to June 2007. Joyce also worked as a Middle School Mathematics Teacher at Tripoli Evangelical School from September 1996 to September 2000.

Joyce started their career at Notre Dame University - Louaize (NDU), where they served as an Assistant to the Registrar from January 1995 to August 1996. Joyce also worked as an Assistant Coordinator for Students Affairs at NDU from July 1993 to December 1994.

Joyce Shikhani Bejjani's education history begins in 1974 when they attended Bishmizzine High School, where they earned a Baccalaureate Degree in Mathematics. Joyce then went on to pursue higher education at Notre Dame University - Louaize (NDU) from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Later on, from 2007 to 2010, Joyce attended Manhattanville College, where they completed their Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) degree with a focus on Math Education for Middle and High School.
