Sharon Haig

Sharon Haig has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Sharon has recently been working at FADEL as the Director of Consulting since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Cengage Learning for several years, starting in 2017 as a Finance Technology Implementation Specialist. In this role, their responsibilities included project-based implementation of SaaS-based financial applications, with a focus on bridging business and technology functions. Sharon also had a previous role at Cengage Learning as the VP Strategic Business Initiatives, where they were responsible for implementing enterprise systems across various functional areas and regions.

Before Cengage Learning, Sharon worked at The Gale Group, where they held senior leadership positions. Sharon was the Sr VP Sales Operations from 2005 to 2010, overseeing various departments and achieving sales revenue targets. Prior to that, they held the position of Sr VP Customer and Marketing Services, where they had executive responsibility for multiple departments and consistently exceeded revenue goals. Sharon also held roles such as Sr VP, Business Information Systems, and Sr VP, Billing and Fulfillment, within The Gale Group.

Sharon's career started at Gale Research in 1987, where they assumed various positions of increasing responsibility, eventually reaching the position of Senior Vice President, Product Delivery. Their accomplishments during this time included developing market intelligence processes, assessing company/product acquisitions, and coordinating the annual corporate plan.
