Lorrie V. has extensive experience in the food service industry, currently serving as a Line Cook and Assistant Kitchen Manager at Fadó Irish Pub since April 2011. Lorrie previously held the position of Assistant General Manager at Paradies Lagardère from July 2018 to October 2019, and worked as a Restaurant Manager at both Panera Bread from December 2015 to October 2016 and Salt Lick Restaurant from April 2015 to December 2015. Lorrie holds an Associate’s Degree in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts-Austin and a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design from St. Edward's University.
