Sam Rasoul

Sam Rasoul has extensive experience in various leadership roles. Sam currently serves as the Managing Director at Fahrenheit Advisors, a middle-market advisory firm. In this role, they collaborate with management to define strategy, build roadmaps, and deliver measurable results for clients across industries and sizes.

Prior to their current position, Sam worked at Envigor as a Finance & Human Capital Consultant. Sam provided pragmatic solutions for organizations facing disruption and change in the Digital Age, working across healthcare and government sectors. Sam'sentrepreneurial background and experience as a CFO and COO enabled him to provide holistic views and optimize employee and customer experiences.

Sam also served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Kissito Healthcare. As CFO, they led financial functions and successfully navigated the firm through multiple large asset transactions. Sam also implemented strategies to improve organizational development, reduce turnover, and negotiate benefit programs on behalf of over 800 employees.

In addition, Sam worked as the General Manager of International Medical Sales and Distribution at Provita GmbH. Sam managed a North American based subsidiary for a German Medical Manufacturing firm, expanding the North American market and maximizing client facilitation.

Sam Rasoul earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration from Roanoke College from 1998 to 2002. Following that, they pursued an M.B.A in International Business at Hawaii Pacific University from 2002 to 2003. Additionally, they obtained several certifications: Emotional Intelligence EQ-i 2.0 from Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS) in 2016, Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly Interdisciplinary Team Certification from Rush University & The National PACE Association in September 2011, and a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator from the Virginia Department of Health Professions.
