Henry Ondo

Henry Ondo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and advisory roles across multiple firms. Currently serving as a Management Advisor at iAgent Protocol and Mansa, as well as a Business Development Advisor at FailSafe, Henry has also been involved with Bastion Trading since April 2022. Prior experience includes the position of Chief Operating Officer at Bastion / Akita Investment Management and Bach Option Ltd, contributing significantly to operational leadership. Earlier in their career, Henry held key positions at Citi as Director of EQ Derivatives, overseeing institutional derivative and ETF sales in Japan, and at UBS as Associate Director focusing on hedge fund sales. Henry holds a Master’s degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Kyushu University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Walla Walla University.
