Christopher O'Gwen

Christopher O'Gwen is an experienced insurance executive currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and President of Fair American Insurance and Reinsurance Company (FAIRCO) since March 2020. Prior to this role, Christopher held the position of Senior Vice President at TransRe from June 2013 to March 2020 and served as Chief Underwriting Officer for Global Aerospace at XL Insurance from February 2006 to December 2012. Christopher's career began at United States Aviation Underwriters, where a position as Senior Vice President was held from May 1996 to February 2006. Christopher O'Gwen holds a Master of Business Administration in Insurance and Reinsurance from St. John's University and a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
