Daniel Nanson

Dan Nanson is the Chief Executive Officer and founding partner of FairCap. He was the former Head of Portfolio Management for MUFG Bank Canada covering various industries across the country.

In 2018, he left his position to found Cliveden Advisory Group (“CAG”), where he has advised global corporates on debt capital raises and treasury services. Prior to becoming head PM at MUFG, Dan was on the business development side of the business as the head of Canadian Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities and Diversified Western Canada. Previously he worked in Treasury at Centrica plc and was a board member of their largest DB pension board, where he served as the lead of the valuation sub-committee. For his CPA (CA), he articled at Price Waterhouse Coopers.

Dan holds a BA (Hons.) degree from University of British Columbia, a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation and the AMCT designation from the UK Based Association of Corporate Treasurers.
