Karena Steele is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as a Sous Chef at Fair Oaks Farms since June 2021, following an eight-year tenure as Room Chef at Harrah's Joliet Casino & Hotel. At Harrah's, Karena managed a significant food outlet, overseeing staff, creating menus, and ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
