B Roy has been working in the business and marketing sectors for the past four years. In 2021, they began working as a Business Development Manager for FairPattern.com. Prior to this, they were employed as a Senior Manager, Marketing & Operation for Techno-71 from 2017.

B Roy attended Victoria University of Bangladesh from 2006 to 2009 and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing.
