Carlos Figueiredo

Carlos Figueiredo has a long and varied work experience. Carlos began their career in 2008 as a Portuguese Safe Chat Support Representative and Portuguese Language Support Representative at Disney Interactive Studios, followed by a role as Player Support Representative. In 2014, they joined Two Hat Security as a Director of Client Success, Team Lead for Language & Culture, and Portuguese Support Lead. In 2017, they became Executive Director and Co-Founder of the Fair Play Alliance, as well as Vice Chair and Co-Founder. Additionally, they held a role as Drum Instructor at Wentworth Music from 2014 to 2017. In 2021, they began working at Microsoft as Director of Player Safety (Minecraft) and Sr. Trust & Safety Evangelist.

Carlos Figueiredo studied Philosophy at the Universidade Estadual de Campinas from 2005 to 2006.
